Rest In Peace Nelson Mandela
July 18, 1918 - 6 December 2013
"There is no easy walk to freedom anywhere, and many of us will have to pass through the valley of the shadow of death again and again before we reach the mountaintop of our desires.”

i dont even care who “wears the pants” in my relationships as long as at the end of the day nobody is wearing pants
I notice everything. And by everything, I literally mean everything. I notice when someone stops hitting me up like they used to. I notice when the way someone talks to me starts changing. I notice the little things that people do, and the little things they used to do. I notice when things change, and when it’s no longer the same. I notice every single little detail. I just don’t say anything.
“Death is something inevitable. When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace. I believe I have made that effort and that is, therefore, why I will sleep for the eternity.”
His defiance of white minority rule and incarceration for fighting against segregation focused the world’s attention on apartheid, the legalised racial segregation enforced by the South African government. In a nation healing from the scars of apartheid, Mandela became a moral compass.
And with that said, today a great light has gone out in the world as we experience the loss of the world’s greatest freedom fighter who will be mourned by billions.
Rest in peace, Nelson Mandela. You will forever be a hero in our hearts.
